The Government of Bobghanistan is proud to announce a triumph in our Space Program: The first Bobghan Space Agency (BSA) satellite has been successfully launched into Earth orbit on top of a Delta II rocket.

This will pave the way for further test satellites, and a manned space launch is planned very soon.

Froggyliciousness is willing to offer you a old X-73F Aerospace hybrid from when they were launching into space. It's fuel cell powered, and takes off using a magnetic field generated from a orbital station, which we can set up.

Congratulations and a card from the Thunderstraat government. We ran out of money in the welcoming-new-nations-to-space department a while ago, so our ambassador is paying for this out of is own money.

Bobghanistan is proud to announce another development in our space programme. We have launched our first man into Earth orbit.

The Astronaut, Cmdr Jason Montgomery, was launched into Earth orbit on top of a modified Delta II rocket, and orbited the Earth in his Freedom capsule 15 times before splashing down just off the coast of Bobghanistan, where he was picked up by the Bobhan Navy.

We plan further manned missions in the near future.

To the Governments of Froggyliciousness and Thunderstraat:

We thank you for your congratulations and send greetings to your nation's people. We hope that in the future we can work together to explore space, and our solar system for the good of all mankind.

Froggyliciousness: We are extremely grateful for your offer of technical assistance, and we accept your offer of a surplus X-73F Aerospace Hybrid.

El Presidente Bobski, Bobghanistan.

The Watchtower orbital surveillance system is launched into space aboard the BSA's first Titan IVB, launched from Cape Bobaveral.

Also, the Governments of Bobghanistan, Kenistan and Keninia would like to announce their joint space program.

El Presidente Bobski, the glorious leader of Bobghanistan had this to say on the subject:

"We choose to explore space together. We chose to go to the Moon. We choose to go to the Moon and do the other things. Not because they are easy, not because they are hard, but because we can profit greatly from it!"

El Presidente, Kenistan's defence and aircraft industry corporations have just submitted their designs for a possible Joint Space Capsule for use in our two nations project. Once I have finished reviewing them myself i will have the Kenistani ambassador in Bobghanistan deliver them personally for your perusal.

Congratulations on making the first big step into space. My SBR satellites have observed your launches, and have detected a small problem with your propulsion. Your rockets are slightly unstable. This could result in an explosion, but it can be repaired. I suggest that your engines be reviewed. It would not be helpful to have such a setback so early in your space program.

The Government of Bobghanistan is proud to welcome the Dictatorship of Jimnam to the Joint-Space Programme. May we profit greatly from the joint exploration of space.

Moontian: We thank you for your concern. We have reviewed the engines on both our Titan and Delta rockets, and although we have found no problems with them, we will continue to closely monitor their performance.

Kenistan: I look forward to seeing these proposals for our Joint-Space Capsule. The BSA is currently investigating proposals for our Lunar Exploation Vehicle (LEV) which will be used in our joint mission to the moon.

The Joint-Space initiative of Bobghanistan, Kenistan and Keninia and Jiman are pleased to announce that we have successfully sent an unmanned automated version of our Joint Lunar Exploration Rocket (J-LER) around the moon. This was a proving flight to test all the systems, and we plan to launch the first Joint-Manned Lunar Mission very soon.
