Since I decided to have my country's armed forces to be upgraded to be more futuristic, I would like to know if anyone would like to sell me HALO related millitaria. :) :D

I don't know of anyone who sels Halo style ships/weapons.
But don't let that deter you! Build it yourself, or invest in

not exactly halo, but very nice ships, all the same!
