Our nation has a great interest in acquiring the technology to enrich Uranium, so far our attempts are only in the early stages, yet should a great nation such as yours be so kind as to aid our scientists by sending nuclear technology or knowhow, we would be most appreciative. We are willing to consider some kind of deal if your nation chooses to aid us.
