Utensil Storefront(pic advisory)(Re-opened)

18-11-2003, 02:50
Welcome To The Burning Hate Utensil Storefront.
Here, We sell high quality utensils some of which may double as weapons for small countries who do not have the finances to purchase other arms.

Spoon
http://www.amgmedia.com/freephotos/spoon.jpg
Material: Silver
Cost: $2.50
This silver spoon can be used to eat most any semi-liquid food(ice cream, pudding etc.) However, it is not recommended for soup, as it does not really have the bowl capacity for the broth.(See: Soup Spoon) Also, it is not commonly used as a weapon, seeing as it's about as blunt as they come.

Fork
http://www.silveragent.com/images/109-fork-main.jpg
Material: Titanium
Cost: $3.00
This sturdy titanium fork is mostly used for vegetables, salad, and other foods requiring a stabbing action to pick up. One of the most useful weapon/utensil hybrids, it also does quite well in combat situations.

Spork
http://www.rocketworld.org/rw-tispork.jpg
Material: Titanium
Cost: $4.00
Metal Sporks, along with being very hard to find, combine the best features of the Spoon and Fork, while still not having the liquid food capabilities of the Soup Spoon. It also is slightly less effective in combat than the fork, although still a good weapon.

Soup Spoon
http://www.quickspice.com/scstore/images/table-soup-spoon_lg.jpg
Material: Fiberglass
Cost: $3.50
Soup Spoons are quite useful for soup and other liquid foods. However, they are not good for much else. They should not, at any time, be taken into battle, as they are the bluntest utensil on the market.

Steak Knife
http://www.mis-assets.co.uk/250/PID2027.jpg
Material: Titanium
Cost: $5.00
This Steak Knife is top-of-the-line in terms of quality and workmanship. It is solid titanium, and is the absolute best utnsil/weapon on the market. It's also guaranteed never to break, as long as you own it.

OOC: That "soup spoon" is actually a ceramic spoon rest you realize...

We would like to offer a portion of our prison population to spoon research. Among other important research questions are:
1) How many scoops does it take to remove the entire occular cavity?
2) Can a spork be used to cut through the femur?
3) How many knives can fit into the right ear?
4) What are the impact of 1000 spoons launched directly at a person's face at 300mph?
5) What is the difference between a gunshot wound to the kneecap and a spoon attack to the shin?
6) Does the ankle adequetely vibrate sound enough to be used as an instrument?
7) If a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down, do several knives and forks shoved down to the stomach also help the medicine go down?
8) What will happen if you microwave a person with several spoons inside?

Let us know how many prisoners you need for this essential research.

Respectfully,

Ambassador of Funus

I was about to ask if you wanted any tourists...now I'm thinking that I should place you on the national "Do not go, unless you want to die" list.

Well, if that's true, the chinese are kinda weird, because that's what comes with soup at many chinese resturants.
