High Chief Quetzalcoatl sits at his desk, looking at a economic report when an advisor walks in a hands him a new report. He reads it's intreguied by what it said.
"Hmm, very interesting. Even though nuclear power plants do not explode like nuclear weapons, this is worthy of taking notice of. First of all, how did a new nation build a nuclear power plant in the first place? I mean, we just started our nuclear power program becuase we can finally afford it. Right now, that is not what is important. Ask them if they need any assistance, non military only, we are preocupied with other situations. Also, ask if we may send some of our nuclear scientists to study what happened. Armed scientists, we don't want any of our people eaten."
