Fearing annexation by certain countries (Phyrric) Artitsan planners have begun the construction of a great "Pacific Wall" along Artitsa's coast.
Several hundered thousand workers shall be making the wall, and is expected to be completed in a few weeks, latest two months. Cost for the project is estimated at over 480 Billion. A bill recently passed through the parliment allowing the government use of Tax Payer money for such a project. Surveys on the streets of Artitsan cities produce evidence that citizens are pleased with this development. They say they feel safer, and several remarked they were on their way to help build it. Pictures of the completed wall will be released later. It is designed to target aggressor ships stationed off of the coast, and to knock down any aircraft that chooses to pass over or attack it directly. Several Port-Cities will be included in the wall, bringing the defences together. Also, the mountainous areas to the north will be used, and Bunkers carved into the Mountains themselves.

Under normal circumstances the Veritasean government would donate to help this project, however we are caught up in the same conflict and trying to defend our own shores against the aggressors. We can only pray that this foul war does not reach your coastline as well.

You can link up with the Macabean line on the coast. To divide the two lines the Macabees will build a cross wall between our two lines (between the bunkers)...

The coastal line is comprised of 400mm guns in giant bunkers on the coast every 1/2 mile, as well as pillboxes to protect against beach storming.

We will also provide 3 billion USD for the project since your defense is our policy.

The Germanic State of Zossen pledges its full support to Artitsa. If invasion should come you have our word that we will send every and all means to defend you.

ID: you are definitely hard to comprehend.... but yes, I do have enough cash so please donate all you can to Artitsa. As soon as this conflict subsides I plan on tripling my homeland defense threads. If there are any horseshoe crabs around my nation you are welcome to collect them as well (assuming you can get to them through all the naval ships :wink: ).
