Off the coast of Antarctica, a tiny island known to Galdanians as
Uralskavnya, once occupied by British whalers, was rediscovered by a Galdanian expedition attempting to circumnavigate Antarctica. They stopped on the island, and found something wonderous: diamonds, flowing freely from deep within the island. The head government officer on the expidition immediately called the Navastraya, the Galdanian Seat of Government, about the discovery.

Galdanian mining ships were already on their way when Galdanian naval Command realised something: the island was already claimed by Britain, though no one had stepped foot on the island for over 50 years.

Galdania publically stated their claim to Uralskavnya, hoping that Britain simply wouldn't care...

"They may not, but I do!"

Three shots echoed over the icy plains, and suddenly 3 of the explorers landing the island were dead. A green figure rose over the horizon. It was Green Jager. He had been a criminal exile of Xexo for some time now. And he wasn't about to let some hack explorers take his home.

"You losers get offa my island!" He waved his Hollist sniper rifle which the Brits gave him in the air. "And you leave my penguin friends alone!" A herd of penguins played in the horizon.

"Gorkuvjzny! Kat straz kiuv duy vatstroyrznizko!" yelled one of the sailors aboard the Juno, as he swung around the harpoon. More calls went out to Galdanian Naval Command.

The sailors all hid in the boat, locking the doors, keeping a watch with their harpoons and hunting rifles. They had a great deal of food left, as they had only begun their journey.

Tvensk, the Galdanian submarine, has been dispatched to investigate the island, and reports of 'native hostilities'.

Green Jager was smug. He had won against a bunch of trained militiamen. He went back to his house and sat down near the woodstove. "Bah! Damn Russian knockoffs. Good fer nothin'." He detransformed his helmet and sipped his coffee.

Prowling thru the waters, the Fuggolian 8th Battle fleet approaches the waters.
On all frequencys, a message is broadcasted.

"Galdanian and Xexo forces, this island is the property of Fuggolia, Britain is our father nation and we will protect her and her colonies.
Emperor Valdus offers the nation of Xexo a mining contract, but to Galdania we say, leave this land"

Green Jager was now aggravated. He looked out the window to see the battle fleet. He groaned and transformed his helmet again. He then opened the window and yelled "I ain't no 'Xexan force'! I'm a damn criminal exile! Now leave me be!" He shut the window and sat down again, Hollist at the ready.

From the Submarine, seven NAK missiles are fired at the island, at the diamond deposits.

Both the transport and submarine turn to leave.

"Aw, she-hat!" Jager exclaimed. THe last thing he needed were torpedoes being fired at his home. He ran inland and barely avoided the direct contact of the missles, which vaporized his house. "Gall-darn it! That took me 3 months ta bild with radio communications!" He looked to the seas. "Ya damn fool warships!! Why ya gotta ruin my home like this?"

The goal of the Galdanian missiles was to make any mineral deposits harder to get at for the Fuggolians.

A tiny frozen island was not something worht provoking a war.

Valdus sits in his seat of power chuckling
"those stupid Galdanians, just a fronzen Island, fools! If only they knew its secrets....GENERAL!"

"Yes sir!"

"Have the battle fleet blockade the island, land troops to bring it under our suppervison, I want the airfield turned into a Fuggolian Airbase by tomorrow, and find that Galdanian submarine and make it have an "accident".

"Sir"

But when Jager went back to his compound, he found it still standing. "Praise the lord!" He went back inside and radioed the siuation to the Xexan military.

XEXAN MILITARY BASE, RE'YOKHAN

"Sir! We have reports that a criminal exile is being attacked!"

"Aren't they protected under a UN document? Send out some naval forces to take care of it."

'Aye, sir!"

And, so, 3 Xexan battle cruisers have been sent to take care of the situation.

Communiqué to Galdania:

It has come to our attention you have discovered some extensive diamond deposits on an Antarctic island. We might be willing to help clean out those who stand in your path, in exchange for an even share of the deposit itself, and the right to place a military installation on the island.

We look forward to your prompt response.

Jager, using the comm equipment he got from the friendly British military on the island, intercepted the communique. "Hey! They better not be talkin' 'bout me or I'm gonna hafta bust some asses!" He angrily stomped out to watch the sea.

NEWS SPOT: "Fuggolian forces have landed on the island, and are taking control of key military and civil installations, the British military have been informed that there Fuggolian allies have landed andhave been totld to act neutral.
Mean while fuggolian forces have moved on the air field where they are inccountering unidetified resistance"

Valdus's chamber: "Good, Good, Gemeral, is the mining eqquipment ready?"

"Yes My lord"

"excelent, under the cover of these dimonds whe will be able to recover the package, luckily we were able to locate it before the Galdanian's claimed it, more full them for the missle strike, it gives us an excuse to continue mining for longer until we find it. General, we must remove this island of all oppersiton"

"Yes My lord"

Galdania disavows any knowledge of such an island ever existing.

Jager was watching this news report and scoffed. "Pah! Pansy Galdanians. Runnin' away from an opportunity as such. They would." He drank his coffee. "And it seems I'm on the news. As 'unidentified' though. Too bad. Soon they'll learn my name."

On the island, armed reble have been capture and short, reports are of some Xexo soldier sulking around, but it's belived the Impaler gunships will route him out,
The machinery has been activated and it is expected that the "package", rumoured to be a powerful weapon of unknown origin is nearbly and will soon be unearthed.
The British forces have been assisting with passing up information about the surrounding area and the location and foriegn influences.
The Xexo Battlecrusier have been signialed to turn away or risk distruction.

The battle cruisers, who have not reached the location yet, say they are only there to escort their criminal exile to a new, more peaceful location, although it is expected the nice British military will protect him until then.

Jager looked out his window and saw a bunch of militiamen coming towards his house. "Ah, I see we are finally getting somewhere." He slung his Hollist over his shoulder and went out. "Fine time for a walk, eh, kids?" He scowled. "What's all this business with me getting shot at and all that sea war out there? I come here as a UN-protected criminal exile and all of a sudden I'm cannon fodder! Can't a guy get some protection round here?"

Fuggolian forces, enter the British encampment and are "relieved of duty" without firing a shot, it has since been revealed that the British goverment has leased the island to Fuggolia to do with as they see fit.
Firing solutions are being drawn up on the Battlescruisers incase of hostilities.
