We ahve got an aging space station, and would love to replace it, but currently the population are a bit annoyed at the costs and taxes. So, we will work with you.

We've just finished the final research on our space station and have freed up the 9th (Space) Research and Development Group, elements will be sent to you to help with your project. However due to a Rebel uprising we cannot fund foreign projects.
