Having had too many happenings to deal with in Dimelda, the Dimeldish delegate to the Mars talks, Sir Eliam J. R. Leinad, was forced to leave the discussions pending the highly intelligent members of the aforementioned gathering.
In a public address to the nation, Leinad directed more than one statement to his "dear friends" up in space.
"I am truly sorry, my comrades. I have nothing but hope for your accords and the successes they will bring. Though I was only to be an observer in the talks, I feel as though your convention will somehow affect us all, even here on Earth. Thank you for allowing me the short time I was alotted to learn from you and apply that which was made known in my own country. Verahs katarr! Pleasant wishes, to all the members of the diplomatic convention."
