I just spent the past little while making this up, i don't know how accurate the numbers are, although i made based upon a 2.5% of my population in the military, 1.5% of that is support and logistics, the other 1% is actual combat personnel/naval crews/pilots and the such. Please tell me what you think...



First division, the Winter's Warriors (currently deployed to Upper Bigtopia):

4 reserve contingents, simply called 1st Reserves, or 1st Reserve contingent, etc, etc,. Each contigent consists of 2016 infantry, and 36 vehicles.

Navy:

2 Wasp class landing craft (CTS tigerclaw, CTS wasp, tigerclaw is in upper Bigtopia right now)
2 Hammerhead landing craft (our version of the wasp)
36 killer whale gunboats (6 are in upper bigtopia)
2 destroyers
6 frigates

Air Force:
108 A-32 fighters
72 A-10 fighters
Various cargo planes and the such

Total: Close to around 300 000 personnel...i think...
450 000 support/logisitics personnel.
Ships crews, pilots, and vehicle crews are all trained at maintenance and repairs in order to cut back on the amount of support personnel needed.

Infantry are all equipped with body armour, standard weapon is the A-7, vehicle crews and ship crews are given A-8s, there are machine guns, sniper rifles, and the such distributed in certain ratios. Stats are up at my storefront.

EDIT: I decreased the infantry divisions infantry numbers by 2016, the first two marine regiments by 336, and the third and fourth marine regiments by 1008.

:D Good job. Looks like you have it organized and thought out. :D

A couple of notes though:
2.5% is a perfectly fine number for a small nation. However, you will want to decrease that to 1% or less once you hit, oh say 50-100 million.
The infantry numbers are a bit high. A division is roughly 10,000-20,000 men. That includes the vehicle crews and support personnel.
The navy and air force look ok to me, but someone else can tell you more.
3:1 support:combat is a little low. 5:1 or higher would be better.
