~during the sunset hours on a normal day in Kihameria a message is sent out evreywhere announceing a prototype weapon,the announcement was made by the Kihamerian minister of defense~
"Welcome one and all,i today would like to announce a new weapon for the Kihamerian navy"the minister pulls down a curtian revealing a piture of what appeard to be a floating gun platform"The J-A-K 2000© is a sea-based gun platform that is currently in develompment stages,the picture behind me is a rough proto-type,it is planned to have weapons to defend against naval attacks. It is planned to have 1 large caliber bombardment cannon in the center,and a rotating AA gun on one of the sides. any nation's help in suggesting ideas for the platform we would be greatfull for,and also any nation that donates money to Kihameria for this project will be noted and remembered when production of the finished product."
