The nation of Packilvania is proud to announce that it recently sent man into orbit. We, as a nation, are very excited at the oppertunities for us! We are aking two things.
1. We have had a rash of foreign terrorists attack our launch facilities, and with my war in bigtopia, we are lacking resources and troops to keep safe.
2. We need technology from more advanced nations. We want to set up on the moon. We want to leave earth and its confines behind and transplant out ENTIRE country!
