Low Standard of RP

Is it just my imagination, or is the standard of RP in II very low? There are OOC posts getting confused with IC posts, there are IC posts in only one line, often without a specified character speaking. Little background is given in threads to set the scene.

Does anyone else think the standard of RP here is too low? Compare it to the NS forum for example.

NS forum is where all the vets usually post. And the vets are good RPers.

I don't think the RP standard in II is *consistently* low at all. For example, check out

In my eyes, though there are a few n00bs that RP terribly and mostly in II, but the good outweigh the bad if you know where to look.

OOC: Yup i agree, although it is annoying when OOC gets mixed with IC! If ya want great RPin check our sumin im involved in :P

Summeries and maps are always a definite must in rp's especially wars. Other wise everything becomes increadibly confusing.
