In Federal District of Mef, the twenty-third president of Mef approached the podium.
"My fellow countrymen, today is a day of great importance. We have been recently attacked by the cowardly nation of Mighty Mountains. After squashing their feeble attempt to destroy our country, they turned around and gave deaf ear to our cries of outrage. When the vile leaders of the country finally spoke to us, they gave no confirmation of the attack, pretending to deny it. I will now repeat the ultimatum we gave to MM so the whole world can bear witness:
Mighty Mountains, Atone for your dastardly attack upon my innocent republic and pay the reparations of 500 million or face our wrath!
Our armed forces are now on high alert.
Meanwhile, in a remote Mef Air Corps base in the southern deserts, 12 B-52 Bombers were being armed with bombs for an attack on Mighty Mountains. One has been armed with a MOAB.
On Mef's western coast, the M.N.S. Russian Roulette and the M.N.S. Dee Dee King Carrier Battle Groups prepares to be set out to sea.
Over 20,000 resevervists may be called to up to duty if need be.
