The title says it all, we're looking to buy Kansas. If the person who owns this state sales it, they will get a non-agression treaty and preference on Kansas' massive agriculture and livestock products.

IdP: See above, I don't want to start a war by landing a bunch of dropships in Kansas and then finding out that someone objects rather strongly to my doing so.
To whoever owns Kansas: You have one RL hour to respond to this before I decide to go ahead and move what I'm going to move to Kansas, previous claims be damned.
