Prime Jumla Hunrik stands in a long carbon fibre coat, oily black and reflecting light in a random fashion. Her face, eyes pitch from her biomechanical implants, is set in what appears a placid expression. Her body says another message however - her legs spaced evenly under her broad shoulders, her arms crossed across her chest. She stands on a brightly spotlit podium in the center of M-1, the largest cityplanet in Mindsettian space. Her face is shown, magnified a thousand times, upon the hovering billboards around the city. Four hundred million Mindsettians stop to watch. Their new Prime commanded their respect, and now their attention.

"People of The Glorious Unified Empire of The Mindset, hear my voice! For years we have lived in solitude - our borders shrinking through the weakness of governmental pacifism! We as a nation are power. Pure, raw power. Our power must be harnesed lest we continue to weaken until we cease to exist!"

The people of the Mindset are silent, traffic upon the streets has stopped. All eyes are upon the Prime.

"This day is our day. This year is our year. This universe is our universe! We must never allow the morals of the weak to stand in our way; the weak are ours to own, and therefore ours to destroy. And destroy we must! We must prevent the plague that is weakness from this universe."

The crowds are murmering, murmering their agreement.

"Those who are weak do not have purpose. Purpose is life; from this we can deduce that those without purpose deserve no life. We are cleansing those who should not exist from our universe. Now, hear me!"

The crowds grow silent again. Most are smiling. Many are visibly excited by the new Mindset.

"We are deploying the sixth and seventh Battlefleets near a remote outpost of the weak. The weak we have chosen for this kill is the Underling of Capsule Corporation. Their days are numbered, we are coming for their leaders head, their people will soon know fear!"

Jumla pulls her cloak around, spins upon her heels and departs the light of the podium. The screens go black around the nation. The crowds begin to cheer. Louder and louder, an exponentuially growing roar fills the streets. Every man woman and child of The Empire cheers.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, sir! We've also received a coded transmission from the Mindset government. It spoke of project "GW1"."

The General slowly exhaled, glanced down at some papers, then glanced back up with a ferocious grin.

"About damn time. Dispatch the 2'nd, 4'th, and 5'th fleets to meet up with the Mindset fleet. They'll know the location."

He leans back, thinking to himself about how good this will feel.

Very few marines are in the battlegroup, because we don't plan on doing ground battles.

(That is a typical Capsule Corporation battlegroup, so unless specified, that is what I mean whenever I say a Battle Group is inbound.)

IC:

CEO Jacen Capsule studies the message from the Mindset, with the rest of his Boardsmen looking over it with him.

Boardsman #1: "I Don't get this, we haven't had any problems with the Mindsettians before..."

CEO: "I do not know, but our reports say they've got a few battlegroups heading to the Noah System."

Boardsman #2: "What do we have there?"

Military VP: "The 7th CC Battlegroup is assigned to that planet, but I don't think they could take on a force like this for too long. I recommend we get the Planetary defenses online immediately."

CEO: "Yes, make sure all the new planetary Farad weapons are ready. Noah may not be our strongest asset, but it should be able to hold off this little Niussance. How long before we can Dispatch Battlegroups 10-15 stationed at triton?"

Military VP: "We can be there in less than 4 hours, sir."

CEO: "Get on it. Is there anything else we need to worry about?"

Boardsman #3: "...we have reason to believe Klonor may be getting involved in this too."

Jacen Capsule walks up the boardsman slowly, and looks him in the eye, "Is that a problem?"

#3: "N...n...no sir. We can take them."

Military VP: "Chief, do we have perission to use the Chloro Warheads?"

CEO: ".... ...... I'll let you know. You can use the ship to ship ones, but not the High Yield ones, not unless I say so."

M VP: "Right chief, I understand."

CEO: "And understand this as well, this will be a shoot first ask questions later operation. I do not want any ships approaching Noah, or leaving it, unless they are military. Shoot anything that doesn't have the Capsule Corporation logo on it!" he says, pointing to a logo on the wall.

A Collective "yes sir," is heard.

Chairman #4: "What if they bought ships from us and have the logo on them?"

In modern day warfare you can't possibly expect to find better tech at least, and it's immensely cheaper to buy the resources than fight for them, since almost everyone uses the same stuff to do things anyway, unlike in space. Mindset hasn't been on for over two hours. There have been a total of two posts by the attackers, and everybody is acting like we've already blown up CC's homeworld.

I haven't yet made one single threatening move. I haven't shot at any ships, made any threats, I haven't even violated CC's territory yet! You are all overreacting.

Well, as the title of my new thread suggests.... Screw with CC and you're gonna get glassed.

We don't react to threatening messages from the government of a 1.3 Billion pop very powerful nation... so we're doing a pre-emptive strike.

((OOC: The nation Ur-Quan Kohr-Ah is based on a game called Star Control 2, or more like to what could have happened afterwards. The base comes from there. I make a lot of stuff up as I go, but I try to keep to their "original theme" as much as possible, without the xenocidal part of it. So basically, as such, they don't care too much about what's happening in their surroundings, IF they aren't allied. Alliances tend to make them different, more active and such.

I could write a crapload about them, but I think I'll just stop here. It's getting late, and I gotta get SOME sleep.))

That's not it. it's just that epople aren't even paying attention to what's been done. I could handle me being taken over (I've made a bunch of RP's about that), as long as it makes sense and has a reason. My reason for attacking you (well, going to attack you) was that I had turned evil and was just being mean. People who were taking part in this (Thunderstraat, Keeble, some others) were doing stuff that made no sense and had no reason. It wasn't all against me (Keeble was offering help, and I am quite thankful), but none of it makes sense. It was just to much.

I was told that this 'war' had been organised. Yes, I inquired to Klonor if you had been notified, CC, and he said that there was no reason to - it was just going to be another imperial annexation. I also put it to him that you would have a hell more allies than us, one for us being the aggressors, as well as you being a major economic space entity - and investors wouldn't be happy seeing you go down the plug.

Apologies for intruding in your other war efforts, I shall withdraw, perhaps this or some other form of RP could be entertained at some other point in the future.

Just for your records, Midna Prime was destroyed several decades ago in a gravatic implosion that caused the sun to turn into a mini black hole. My current capital is Midna Beta.

About the alliance bit, well yeah, the new regime didn't really care for alliances made by the old pacifist government.
