Hullo fellow contries, my coutry is poor and weak due to recent economic reforms. We ask upon any nation/region to send us economic aide. Our developers, engineers, geniuses have been busy over the years with weapon concepts. They are experienced in mecha designs, variable fighters, rotor craft, and conventional land and air craft. We are asking for at least $2 billion to start a factory and begin selling our "products", we will be very generous with the proceeds. Any bidders?

Also note that since we are a poor nation, I am negotiable with prices but the $2 billion is not negotiable. With the factory built we will begin manufacturing and selling to anybody.
