Earlier today, a huge explosion was reported outside of the First Nation Amerakan Bank. Witnesses up close that survived say they saw a man with a leather collar on him. He then started up the car and it blew up.
We would like to bring this incident to everyone's attention, and we do not need any help at this point and time.
