A Request From Hakuvia (Non-U.N Nations Need Not Read)

Greetings, friends.

I am King Haku, Leader of the compassionate Kingdom of Hakuvia. I have not made many appearances within these forums, however I come before you all to make a grand - and somewhat strange - request.

The United Nations is a vulnerable governing body. Whilst many nations accept the laws enacted by the U.N Ministry of Compliance, many of them are able to make their own laws, through which they can create loopholes which allow them to go against the whim of the United Nations.

Because these Nations are member-states of the U.N, other member-states view them ar righteous and virtuous. However, this is not always the case.

The mere fact that a Nation is a member of the U.N does not make it a good one. Many terrorist states join the U.N in order to recieve financial aid from foreign countries, which is often spent on weapons. Although the U.N makes such things illegal, as I said earlier, these states create loopholes and continue to produce weapons anyway.

Ergo, in my opinion, in order to stop these rogue states from draining other nations of much-needed money, the U.N should have their peacekeeping forces occupy any Nation that is suspected of being guilty of said crimes. Yes, the U.N may create their laws - but can they make sure that these Nations keep them? It is, after all, a huge organisation and cannot keep an eye on all that goes on.

We cannot afford to let the U.N spiral out of control. I hope that somewhere, someone agrees with me. I have not suggested this as a proposal to the U.N, because I have had other proposals thrown back in my face in the past, even though I made them as reasonable as I could.

I beg YOU, the Nations of the world, to help me.

Yours graciously

King Haku, leader of Hakuvia, spokesman on behalf of the Hakuvian people, keeper of the Royal Chalice.
