Yurka is interested in purchasing an isolated and rocky planet/moon. It doesn't need a breatheable atmosphere, but a nearby star would be a plus.

I'm planning on sending my best and brightest there and start a really small colony. How isolated is it?
It's isolated from most systems and quite far from Sol, but I have two bases in neighboring systems.

Since my Navy patrols the area regularly anyway, not many nations will be anywhere near it.
Free if you want it, I don't sell real estate, I give it away. More of a favor owed sort of thing.
