Simply put, it is an alliance to protect the slave trade. All nations in it protect other slave selling members from aggressive nations.

Then you are in luck. We have many types of sword, with many different enchantments, including the infamous Dark Rot Blade and we make many types of armour, notably our heavy but tough Infernal Plate Armour.

How about a black sword that glows with a glow flame? We'd prefer if it did not harm the user. We'd appreciate a lighter armor, something light, but strong enough to take a few hits.

The conditions for joining are that you either deal in slaves or approve of it. You also should send a small fighting force if a member of the alliance is attacked because of dealings in slaves.
We can pay you 1,000 slaves. You can keep all of the extra, consider it a gift.
