Ok then. What are the rules for the Wargame? And where will it take place?

"Admiral! We have recieved orders from high command, take the FPS Remmelsbug and her Battlefleet to meet up with a 5,00 man marine Detachment from Huerstown. We are at war with Lima Beens!" A man operating a radio cried out in a command ship off of the Fulovit Coast.

"Roger that Simpson, Those Lima Beeners will have to mess with the Wrath of the Second Battlefleet. I want you to send out two of our patrol boats to clear the way for us. Also, I want to send out Three AWACS Choppers off of the Remmelsburg to spot all aircraft inbound, and give them escorts!" The Admiral, wearing a red shirt and vest with black pants, just like his men, as the ship rolled out of port.

The Second fleet was a majesty of power, one of the Three Battlefleets of The People's Fulovit Navy, it was arguably the one that had fought hardest in the recent wars with NuCanada. Admiral Ethan Porter had personally led 500 marines ashore at South Trim to cut the railway and stopping the Enemy dead in his tracks, and returned the next day to eliminate the garrison and take over the arsenal. Now he was off, to eat some beens.

Ok then. What are the rules for the Wargame? And where will it take place?
OOC: No WMDs, Modern tech, an around oceania, and Island Hopping type Jungle RP.

Meanwhile, the People's Navy's First Fleet, the most elite naval Unit to fight in Fulovit, was already nearing an Island believed under the command of New Empire, It had a 5,000 man Marine landing force behind it as it's Destroyers "Ilian" and "Forman" began hurling High Explosive rounds towards the defensive bunkers.

"They may outnumber us ten to one, but we will finally be able to prove to them our might. Keep the fire up for ten minutes, then send the assault ships." As Admiral Jameson spoke, the Crusier "Sara Jane" let loose an enormous barrage of rockets. blocking out Jameson as he spoke. Once the rockets were over, Admiral Jameson repeated what he had said during the barrage to his counterpart, Captain Jack Moresby of the Carrier "Lee", "Jack, If it's the last thing I do, i'll take a helicopter into that island and shoot them down myself."

"Aaron, you must be mistaken, we are not here to take the whole island, that is insane, instead, we are here to just secure a beachead. Porter's Second Fleet is bringing another detachment of equal size and then they will bring 20,000 regulars to make it official. Aaron, this is not going to be like Irranna, where we took out those terrorists. This is not the Gallant we are standing on, it's a carrier, and we, are a task force!"

Public Service Announcement:
"This is an announcement from the government of Ravea:We Are At War! The country of Lima Beens is showing hostilities against our allie, Fulovit, and we are planning to lead a colition against Lima Beens!"

"Sire, what shall we do?"

"Send in the Elites! what the hell do you think we were going to do? Put some armor and a division of Infintry in there, as wll as the 3rd fleet."

The Elites are an expert band of picked fighters, deployed from Submarines and invading beaches from underwater and up. They are armed with a huge variety of weapons, and usally backed up by air strikes, armor, off-shore missles and artillery, and Infintry support.

As the barrage ended, the First Fleet finally came into view from a massive cloud of smoke. Dozens of Landing craft now began streaming towards the beach as several helicopters began barreling towards a high position just a mile down the coast.

As the Choppers neared their position, one man manning a machine gun at one of the doors shouted out. "There's something comin' at us!" Just then, a shoulder fired rocket slammed into the lead chopper. The explosion cut off a platoon sergeant reading off orders in the second helicopter.

Upon regaining the ability to speak again, the sergeant spoke again. "Men, once we touch down, we will be in hostile territory. The now 32 of us will be on the ground alone. We have to take these heights, because, once those 105 mm howitzers get up here, we will own the beach." The sergeant jumped as the chopper set down, "MOVE MOVE MOVE!"

30 Elites rose out of the water as support troops for the Fulovits. Snipers started to take positions, and men started setting up mortars. The rest rushed to take cover, firing a vieriety of weapons, including rifles, automatics, rockets, and machine guns. Uzis are the preffered Raven weapon, but Mac-10s and shotguns, as well as Vintige Bolt-Action Rifles are commen throught the troops.

Three hours after the Special Forces touchdown.

A squad of six men have rushed out to take an enemy E-shaped Mortar Pit. Once they took the Trench, they found that they had lost one of their compatriots, now, with their PAR-96 Assault Rifles banging away into the rubble, they were under constant attack. The six men found themselves completely surrounded, their radio jammed. the New Impeialists were fighting hard to repulse the Fulovitans, but soon, the Five of the Lost Squad gazed up from their trench to see a sight that filled their heart with glory.

A C-130 Gunship passed overhead, just above them, at about 800 feet up, the behemouth bagan dropping it's cargo, first a small P-3 Pocket tank. There were some Leopard 2 MBTs in the main assault force, but those were meeting up with tough resistance, but the sight of a P-3 in a hedge was a sight that a lost patrol needed. As the C-130 completed it's pass it dropped off some paratroopers. More C-130s came and dropped off their cargo, for a total of seven drops.

Meanwhile, off the Island of Redonia, far to the west, the Third Battlefleet of The Fulovit People's Navy was engaged in patrols far out at sea, not knowing that they were so close to a Ravean Battlegroup. But soon, an F/A 18 of the Carrier "Stonewall" found a battle group. Descending down to a very low level, the pilot spotted the Red and Blue Ravean Flag. Soon he radioed back to the Stonewall.

"Commander! There is a Ravean Battle Group here ath the Co-ordinates 47109-56820-D But, no!" The pilot stood for a while in silence over the radio and then came back on. "There is an Island, it has the flag of Lima Beens upon it. Requesting permission to engage, commander."

"Engage, Delta 1. Soften them up, soon they will feel our Blackhawks beating down their backs. We shall send the Marines!" The operator said.

The plane came in at a steep dive into a village, and dropped a small 512 lb bomb upon the wooden buildings. The bomb was of a special breed, of irregular weights and processes so that their weaponry could not be stolen. As the bomb exploded, a submachine gun burst out from the fields, and the pilot jerked back in his seat, dead. The battle for Redonia had begun.

Meanwhile, on the beach, two men hit the ground just yards fron their landing craft. hiding behind a large rock they were well concealed. One of them drew a Heckler and Koch USP pistol, while the other one raised an MP-5 and let off a burst.

"Major, you really shouldn't be here in the first wave. You have connections that are too deep." The man with the MP-5 said when he was done.

"Nonsense, nothing will stop Major Sam Springfield. I don't care if my older brother is the Chancellor, or that I earned my rank myself. You were with me at Remmelsburg, I led that charge and took that hill. From that hill we shelled the NuCanadian Line until it was gone. I am Major Springfield, Jack is Chancellor Springfield." The man with the pistol said.

"But Sam, you didn't have to come in the first wave." Eddie said.

"I am not in the first wave, I was the first Man on this beach and I'll be the last one off." A grenade exploded nearby followed by machinegun fire on the rock. Sam fired off a few rounds and then finished his statement. "Officers are soldiers too, Eddie, All soldiers are Fuovitans!" then Sam sprinted off to another large rock a few yards away.

"Victor Oscar Flight, you have permission to engage Hostile forces on Redonia. Authentication Alpha Niner Eight Four Zero."
"Roger, Victor Oscar Flight, prepare to engage."
The 4 EB-1C Vampires activated the Athena Stealth System, and slowed from Mach 1.
"Victor Oscar Flight, prepare to release."

Uniform Oscar Element was made up of 12 StealthHawk Stealth Unmanned Combat Air Vehicles, controlled by officers far away. The EB-1Cs were merely here to transport them.
Uniform Oscar 1 through 3 streaked in at Mach 1, and released CBU-87 Cluster Bombs over the landing area, and Uniform Oscar 4, 5, and 6 followed. Uniform Oscar 7-12 each fired 1 Sea-Phoenix anti-ship missile, each traveling 10 feet above the water at Mach 5, guided by GPS onto Fulovit ships. After the missiles were away, the 6 UCAVs banked towards the island, and flew north toward the EB-1C flight, which was meeting up with a squadron of F-109N fighters from the Supercarrier "New Empire", and it's CBG. The F-109N fighters watched as the UCAVs went to computer control, and began the risky docking process with the EB-1Cs, as electromagnets locked the UCAVs into cradles, and retracted into the modified bomb bays of the EB-1Cs.

On the island, the troops of the Marine 2nd Division scrambled into fighting positions. Metalstorm-built Automatic 120mm Mortar systems pounded on enemy positions, as camoflauged troops in the Gasium-Ceramic body armor readied their ATAR II 6.5mm Automatic rifles. Numerous machine gun positions were set up throughout the area, and there were 10 of the mighty KAF-90E heavy tanks, as well as multiple KAI-40B Fox LAVs, waiting on the frontlines. Casualty reports showed 23 men dead, 18 wounded, and 6 Combat Ineffective. The Marines manning the mortars and fighting positions at Firebase Gloria cheered as the black outlines of the StealthHawk UCAVs streaked over them after a series of rumbles. The Marines decided to keep their 4 Super Crusader IIB 155mm SPHs hidden for now, but each was loaded with a HE or Frag round just incase. The forward Recon elements were equipped with radios and IR goggles to report any infiltrations to the area, but for now, it seemed like the Lima Beens were taking the brunt of the assault.

A flight of F-109Ns, 24 of them, were running CAP around the island, with their Athena Stealth Systems active, looking at GPS readouts of enemy positions, aircraft, and naval forces.

the fleet is assmebling, it looks menacing, a menacing 6 Volga class subs with 24 Alpha class and 18 L.A. class subs. Are out to hunt for food mean while, ont the deck of the LBS Dememtra the lead ship of the 1st fleet admirl Frank waits for orders

Frank: whats in this fleet,
Aide: 5 Nimitzs, 8 L.A. class subs, 30 SPRUCE class destroyers, 4 Rommel and 4 IOwa class battleships with 8 Taracodas and 5 Untouchable class and an airwing of all F/A-18s.

Frank: sail it in and blcokade autrila, the 2nd fleet is on its way to blockade as well while the third fleet is on its way to hunt out the Fulovit fleet.

Aide: what about the sub division?

Frank: its going to do rounds blockading Perth

Aide: the invasion fleet is what again?

Frank 7 Wasps, 2000 tanks, three divisions and 70 destroyers.

Aide: so we are invading autralia on the west side

Frank: that is right.

The loud speaker crackeled, third fleet is on its way to the Fulovit fleet

meanwhile in Limaking airforce base 250 C-141Bs full with troops escroted by 200 F-22s and 300 F/A-18s are on their way to Sydney airport

mean while also at Limaking airforce base on Iwo Jima squadren of 300 F-15Es is on its way to also attack the Fulvoit fleet and invasion forces

"We have incoming missiles, I repeat we have incoming missiles. Prepare to evacuate the fleet NOW, or there won't be anything left."

"Scramble all fighters, I repeat Scramble"

"Sir, most fighters are off of the Stonewall."

"Good, Oh no! Oh my God!"the commander said as an F-14 Tomcat left the Carrier. Then it was hit. The missile slammed into the Stonewall and it began to sink.

"Stonewall is down, sir, Stonewall is down."

"Not now, Lieutenant, they're bombing the beaches!"

"Sir, we have two squadrons of 20 F-14s each out but they have F-109 Fighters out on patrol. We can't stand a chance. Pull the Cruiser 'Purgatory' and her battle group out..."

"Sir, We have taken multiple hits, they have hit Two of our assault Ships and two of our battlecruisers. Our marines are gone. We've lost nearly 2,000."

"Pull out. I repeat we must leave this place!"

"Commander, What about the marines on the beach?"

"I said Pull out!"


On Redonia, a small platoon of marines scrabled onto a small ridge and saw the remnants of the village that had been bombed. In the fields further away, the noticed a man with a submachinegun. He was searching a downed fighter plane.

"Private Wilson, take your squad over towards that man, I want him dead and I want that plane secured. The rest of you come with me, we have to get this M240 on that high ground opposite the vilage. Move out!" The Platoon leader said.

In the torn up landing zone the death and destruction was tremendous, hundreds dead. But, pulling out from under a small rock overhang, a P-3 Pocket Tank pulled out and several Marines followes. The small 105mm cannon fired off several rounds into a bunker a few hundred yards away. Then they rallied the troops, and, led by Major Sam Springfield, they began rushing a trench.

the F-15Es lost only 17 aircraft do to small arms. Mean while the third fleet is changing ot attack the Fulvoit lfeet the submarine squadren is already there and is attacking

The bunker next to the MG position exploded, and the Corporal swore. He peered through the infrared scope of the machinegun, and saw the oncoming marines. The ridgeline began to take serious fire as 6.5mm, 7.62mm, and 14.5mm bullets raked it from FireBase Violet. Charlie Platoon began flanking manuvers through a grove of trees, preparing to take the ridge. The 36 men spread out and began crawling through the high grass. When they were close enough, the squad Grenadiers fired the 20mm mini-RPG launchers at the enemy.

"Fieldmarshall Burke, I am giving you command of the 1st Mechanized Brigade and the 1st Airborne Brigade. It has come to our attention that our allies Fulovit and Ravea have recently engaged Lima Beens and New Empire in battle. You will be taking your forces in to give support to Fulovit and Ravea. Any questions?"

"Commander, with all due respect, intelligence shows that the islands that Lima Beens and New Empire forces are located are covered with thick jungle. The 1st Mechanized Brigade would be useless in that environment, and would serve as target practice for the enemy. I would like to make a request for more troops."

"Very well Fieldmarshall, I am giving you command of the 1st Airborne Brigade and 2nd Airborne Brigade. Now get moving, we have a war to win."

"They're comin' at us from all sides!" Sam said when he saw the New Empire troops.

The machine gun fire raked through the 57 men in Springfield's group. seven... eight... nine, they were dropping like flies. "Get Down!" was heard all over the place but it didn't help much, they lacked cover, then Sam noticed the high grass, and he rolled over into it. Beckoning Eddie to hold the main force here, Sam pulled out a machine gunner and a grenade launcher and took up concealed positions in the grass. Then, as Charlie platoon approached, they fired away, but the machine gunner took a grenade to the back, tearing him to pieces, then Sam broke off and began crawling toward the wreckage of a pocket tank.


Meanwhile, off of the Fulovit coast

"Sir, we have lots of planes inbound, they are belonging to Lima Beens! It's a parachute Invasion force."

"Ready the SAM Sites, but we won't be able to stop them like that, ready the militias."

the men in the airplanes drop out together theres 40,000 men dropping out mean while in the 1st 2nd and invasion fleets men are coming ashore. tanks are verywhere and are heading towards the front. Meanwhile the submarine divsion is begging to fire torpeods.

The Z-Units Navy appears on the dark horizon as the fleet of Lima Beens approaches. Soon many aircraft take off from the carrier "Kountz" and out of the radar screen show up undetected and bomb enemy ships, although many planes were lost to AA.

As one of the M984 Auto-RPG gunners stopped to reload, a bullet impacted on his shoulder. He shouted a curse, and drew his SMG, firing with his good arm. 2 men were dead, and 3 others wounded.
"Violet, this is Charlie Element. Requesting gunship support Ridge 551, over."
"Roger, flight Tango is en route."
Flight Tango, 2 A/V-46 Wasp IIs, armed with 70mm Hydra rockets and a 20mm gatling gun, scream over the ridge, and sweep it with gun and rocket fire as USNE troops hit the dirt.

Now, the Crusader IIs pound the retreating Fulovit forces with 155mm HE rounds. A flight of 12 F/A-108 Warhammer fighters fly low and fast, each with 4 Sea-Pheonix GPS guided anti-ship missiles. They target enemy ships, and launch the missiles from 90 miles away, as the projectiles accelerate to Mach 5.

On the other side of the island, reinforcements wash ashore on ALCACs (Assault Landing Craft, Air Cushion), under the cover of the F-109N CAPs. Among them are SeaBee units that will be used to make airfields and fortifications on the island.

"Colonel Howler, you will be taking 1st Brigade in to attack Lima Beens. Colonel Shaw, you will be taking 2nd Brigade in to attack New Empire. I want Special Forces to go in 1st on both islands to secure a remote portion to act as bases."

"Yes Sir!"

Fieldmarshall Burke had a grim look on his face, as he had just recently gotten reports from the Battle of Redonia, and the chances of his forces having an effect on either of these 2 large nations was minimal. However, him and his forces would try their hardest for the Fatherland.

"Aaaaannnd... Tada! Satellite feeds acquired, recieving input data from SkyEye network on secure freqs and Blue-green laser comm systems. We now have access to triple-doppler, IR, enhanced visual, etc. As in we can read the manufacturing stamps on their goddamn rifles."
"Alright, let's get moving. Intel says there isn't much of a chance of another seaborne assault, but they're suspicious of airborne attack. I want SAM sites rigged at all firebases. The 1st fleet is moving to provide a perimeter, so hopefully we can take out subs or underwater delivery vehicles."
Over them, SeaBee Engineers were hard at work on an airstrip, and hollowing out cliffsides to make hangars or bunkers.

The Z-Units Navy appears on the dark horizon as the fleet of Lima Beens approaches. Soon many aircraft take off from the carrier "Kountz" and out of the radar screen show up undetected and bomb enemy ships, although many planes were lost to AA.

The fleet fires more and mroe antiaircraftfire.. F/A-18s take off when they are still 500 miles away.

As the NordKapp planes flew in towards Redonia, they were spotted by the remnants of the third battlfleet, retreating under emergency conditions. The commander sat next to the radioman, waiting for high command to give him orders. Then it came.

"Commander Patterson, you are to hold a position off of the coast of a small atoll, known as A-135, send marines ashore, and set up SAMs. This will become the command center for the assault against Redonia, We are only able to sent the Second Battlefleet with 15,000 Marines and 5,000 SAA (Seaborne Aerial Assault) Troops. The 35th Airborne Division will be approaching to take the small atoll, known as The Sarran chain, by helicopter. Once the Sarran Chain is taken, we will be able to keep a constant Helicopter force."

"I will need more men thatn that, these Lima Beeners and New Imperialists are fighting like thay have dogs lunging at them. I need more men!"

"Sorry Patterson but Lima Beens has Invaded West Fulovit, with 40,000 paratroopers and nearly 2,000 tanks. Our main Military needs to stay at home."

"Men, within a few hours, you will be dropping into Redonia. Intelligence has told us that a large number of hostile forces are stationed here. Fulovit forces took heavy casualties, and there fleet was forced to retreat. As far as we know, it will just be us and the enemy on the island, and possibly a few Fulovit marines that may have survived the landing. Special Forces will be going in to secure a remote location so that we will have an area we can operate out of. This will primarily be guerilla warfare, as intellgence shows that we are greatly outnumbered. Many of you will not make, however, we do not do this for ourselves, but for the Fatherland."

"For the Fatherland," the troops shouted back with their fists in the air.

The EB-52I was the predecessor to the EB-1C, and was used now as an EW/AWACS craft, but packed a punch of 8 "LongArm" HARM Cruise Missiles. The radio monitoring systems ferreted out radio freqs, and caught a slight burst of radio before being jammed.
"A-135, send marin-"
The crew frantically messaged JOPCOM with the news.

Redonia was declared secure, and construction efforts doubled. By the time they came again, it would be bristling with defenses and bunkers.
The 24 F-109Ns remaind on guard, with long range AAMs to take out any oncomer.

That night, under the cover of darkness, 20 C-17's flew over Redonia, and 2,000 Nordkapp Special Forces dropped in by HALO jump. Unfortunately, the weather was also bad that night, and not all SF made it to land. With 1,000 SF actually making it to the rendevouz point, 900 spread out across the island, and 100 lost at sea, the battle had begun for Nordkapp.

"Admiral Porter!"

"Yes, Captain Anderson"

"Secretary Obentaub has died of a heart attack, his last order was for you to take command of the Navy."

"What!"

"Yes, Ethan, you command the Navy."

"What is our condition in Redonia?"

"New Empire has it secured"

"Upgrade to APA-3"

"Sir"

"Upgrade!"

With that, Fulovit was upgraded to Naval Assault Protocol Alpha-3, and Short Range Ballistic Missiles carrying Daisy Cutter Warheads were readied to be fired upon the order directly from Chancellor Springfield.

OOC-I doubt your C-17s would remain undetected, NordKapp. The automated SAMs would have shot at them. Oh well.

24 F-109Ns opened fire with Pheonix Missiles, being GPS guided through the satellites that had targeted the C-17s.

The ground forces were notified, and A/V-46 Wasp II VTOLs were sent to kill the SF troops, with FLIR engaged, the soldiers would be sore thumbs even in the jungle. The VTOLs loaded with 70mm Hydra rockets, 20mm and 7.62mm gatling/miniguns.

Meanwhile, the anti-missile systems were completed on Redonia. These missiles would use IR, radar, and GPS guidance to find and destroy enemy ballistic and cruise missiles.

As the Special Forces landed on Redonia, it became apparent that New Empire had been busy in securing the island, and that they were stranded. However, the 1,000 at the rendevous point began making a makeshift base deep within the jungle. The other 900 were spread all over Redonia in groups about the size of a Squad or Platoon. Many of these groups engaged in sporadic fighting with hostile forces, losing another 125 men. The remaining 775 slowly began to reunite with their platoons, forming about 19 platoons. These 19 Platoons set up posts on the island from where they could operate out of, and continue the mission of picking off small groups of the enemy.

Meanwhile, as Lima Beens paratroopers approach New Jacksonburgh, the local Militia arms up, All Lima Beens air cover has bben stopped by the brand new F/A-22s and SAMs at the New Jacksonburgh Airbase. Now a large Lima Beens force approached the city's perimeter, where nearly 1,000 Militia and 243 regulars waited patiently in their entrenchments for the approaching enemies.

The Enemy troops came within firing range of the well concealed snipers and a few of them began falling, but thety were still not within the best effective range. Soon, they were and the Lima Beeners started dropping in still very small numbers. Then the machine guns opened up. this kept the lima Beeners pinned down. The large cornfield was relatively low in the autumn and it was easy to pick out an enemy soldier, but the Lima Beeners found their cover.

As AT guns and Flak Guns which had been moved into position outside the city began opening with shrapnel, a F/A-22 on patrol was called in. it came in at a gentle descent, and came to within 100 ft of the ground, then broke off the descent and began a steep climb just as it dropped a capsule, the Napalm exploded upon the Lima Beens troops, and the corn caught afire. The Fulovit Troops, waiting in dirt treches and behind sandbag barricades, cheered, they had slowed the advance of Lima Beens from reaching the largest city of West Fulovit.

With 44 men dead, the Marine Force Recon dispatched hunter killer teams with IR goggles that showed heat levels, so a human would be a sore thumb in even the thickest of jungles. In teams of six, with each man equipped with IR goggles, an M984 Auto 20mm RPG launcher, a laser-comm device, and an M443 6.5mm HV Automatic Rifle. When they detected patrols, they would fire, and if necessary, there were 24 A/V-46 Wasp IIs equipped with FLIR pods. With the IR detection, there was no place to hide, and no way out.

Meanwhile, a MEU force was called to A-135, and stormed the unoccupied atoll. They knew enemy forces would be coming, but when was the question.

Commander Patterson had kept his telescope fixed upon A-135, and he was staring right at the line of palms where the MEU team came ashore at. Immediately upon seeing that force, he tapped the nearest sailor and asked him to confirm that sight. When the sailor handed the telescope, Commander Patterson told the boy to take command of the Marine detachment on the "Injun" the new Flagship of the First Fleet. The 50 SF troops were not the largest or most powerful force, but he rewarded the boy.

Patterson immediately yelled out. "Fire Control, get me A fire Controller over here!" Soon a Stern young man ran up to him (Not saluting, as we do not salute in Fulovit.)

"Yes Sir?"

"I want a complete bombardment of A-135, send it back to the ocean. Powder the Coral again."

"But sir, we need that for command!"

"I said Glass it!"

"Yes Sir"


Meanwhile, Many miles out to sea.

"This is Delta-1-Niner, ready for engagement."

"Roger that, Delta-1-Niner, Delta Leader, Arrange I assault position against A-4716. Prepare to Bombard."

"Roger that, The Nemmies will soon know of the new, SPAF."

The Unidentified radio transmission was not confirmed by Chancellor Sprinfield's Office, and as to what the SPAF was, they did not release.

Meanwhile, an Imitora class arsenal ship launched 60 Sea-Pheonix missiles from it's huge VLS cells. The MEU teams, only 100 of the men were deployed, rushed back to the ALCACs, thanking god for the Cobra LAVs they came in on. They didn't brake till they were in the ALCACs, as the island began to explode. However, 22 men were killed by shrapnel, and some lost their LAVs.

2 EB-1C Vampires, with the Athena stealth running, screamed in, and fired an additional 24 Sea-Pheonix Missiles at the ships.

When the Missiles hit their targets, Patterson Cursed again.
"Those stupid New Imperialites! They've reduced my fleet again, now all we have left is This command ship, the three remaining assault ships, six destroyers and the Cruiser O'Charley. I wish Porter would get here soon!"

As he spoke he heard a very loud noise coming from the south. He soon spotted them, a bombing group of seven B1-b Bombers was approaching the Island of Redonia, they flew high, almost too high, but they were able to avoid most of the AAA and SAMs that New Empire had on Redonia, but New Empire's Fighters would take their toll. A massive dogfight just off of Redonia set up by several Fulovit Fighters was able to keep the enemy at bay enough to bomb several inportant positions.

After dropping several Daisy Cutters on the Jungles and On the Airfiels, they turned to JDAMming the SAM and AA sites. Five of the Seven Bombers were lost to Fighters and AA, but the two that escaped were able to get out. They were immediately followed by a lone F-117, Flying higher than the B-1s had, and it dropped all of its cargo, a bery large, 2000 lb Graphite Bomb on th Island. It would hopefully knock out the power to the Island.

The rumble of the daisy cutters wiped out the engineering crews. 199 Engineers were killed, Firebase Gloria was wiped out, but fortunately the fighting positions and underground bunkers remained. Only 5 of the deployed SAM sites remained, but more were in the caves, which surived the bombardment. The graphite bomb did knock out the power for the remaining 5 deployed sites, but the underground generators quickly kicked in. 54 soldiers out of their fighting positions were dead, a handful wounded but able to fight, and 5 CI but alive. The stealth fighter was the first to be targeted. Using satellite imagery, the SkyEye system translated it's location into GPS coordinates, and fed them to the First CBG. The B-1Bs were also targeted, and 20 SM-4 missiles raced into the air.

While the airfield was ruined, the enemy had forgotten the purpose of the Daisy cutter-to clear and flatten jungle for building airfields and fortifications. The Marines had a hit to their pride, but not to their effort.

Later, a second flight of EB-1Cs, again loaded with 24 Sea-Pheonix Missiles, departed to attack the Fulovit ships.

This time, The Third Fleet's surviving Escort Carrier "Vincent" picked up the EB-1cs on Their Infared scanners and radar. They immediately dispached Two Squadrons of F-14 Fighters to Intercept them. Now the Vincent also began moving as fast as it could to the East, the southbound New Imerialist Planes would have to alter course and fly right between the F-14 Squadrons, but the gap was only a several hundred yards.

As the EB-1Cs neared, the F-14s locked on with Sidewinders, and they tried to fight and close enough damage to the enemy fighters in their small window of oppritunity. Still several missiles broke through, hitting two destroyers and the O'Charley.

OOC: Yah, they probably wouldn't remain undetected, I didn't see your post about fortification until after I made mine. I've read so many of these things, but i still don't quite get the jist of it yet. So if you got any pointers, just lemme know.

The EB-1C isn't any bomber. Sure, a B-1B can have 24 Sea-Phoenix missiles in the forward 2 bombbays, but it can't mount high-manuver radar and IR guided missiles, which used thrust vectoring to allow them to outmanuver aircraft without it. As the missiles Hit Patterson's fleet again, His Carrier "Vincent", two Assault Ships and the destroyer "Peavey" were all that remained to guard his Command ship "Injun". But he would fire back, pulling one F-14 squadron back onto the carrier, he ordered the other one to follow up an assault on A-135 by a small Special Forces platoon of only 75 men. once the island was secure, with stingers and other smaller defense weapons, Patterson sent ashore a battery of six 155mm howitzers and a battery of SAMs, he also sent out two ABM units.

Along with that, he sent ashore several hundred troops and some engineers to conduct the building of a base. With the remnants of the fleet and the air wing to cover the construction, they labored away at the construction. Soon, they had a well defended position, and Patterson left the area with the carrier and one assault ship. He left the Peavey and the other Assault ship to help the small fortification. When the Airbase was completed, High Command sent a Squadron of F-15Es to provide Air cover. Now there was an 800 man Garrison on A-135.

Not letting the enemy work unhindered, the Imitora Class Arsenal ships opened up with a total of 200 HV Cruise Missiles with cluster munitions, which would shower the area with munitions. An assault force from 2nd Fleet, with the 44th Marine Assault Division was prepared, as an EB-1C, 90 miles away, fired 48 AIM-54 Pheonix Missiles at the cover of F-14s, with a squadron of F-109Ns to guard it.

At Redonia, fortifications continued. The area now had an airstrip large enough for the EF-133 Strike Aircraft and fighters, and bunkers built into the cliffs to shelter them.

Luckily, the early warning system on the Peavey was able to pick up the incoming enemies, and the Garrison rushed in and swamped the Assault ship. The F-14s Broke radio silence with a very loud playing of "Sweet Home Alabama" the National Anthem of Fulovit, over the radio. The special anthem of the 31st Naval Fighter wing, came over the air after Sweet Home Alabama, now it was Bon Jovi's "It's My Life". Now the Radio jammers would be in full operation. The F-14s disembarkedand began streaking towards Redonia. There they would bomb as much as they could, and put their hardware to food use before it was destroyed.

Meanwhile, hackers in a very secure bunker were able to hack the mainframe of New Empire Radio System. Now they were blasting Allied propaganda into the Streets of New Empires towns and Cities. (Never undersetimate the power of hackers in large groups and government funding.)

Also, Two Anderson Class Special Forces subs that had stealthed their way up to the coast of an island of Trindium about seventeen miles from Redonia deposited their cargo of three separate teams of Special forces each with a separate task. One had the task of securing the perimeter and preparing the location of a landing ground and Airstrip. One would set up a Remote Sensing unit, and the Third set up several Remote Operated SAM sites and small MLRS batteries.

OOC: It is about 40-50 Miles between the two.

OOC-There is no "New Empire Radio". There are thousands of channels throughout the country, the only govt. sanctioned channels are the emergency channels, but those are only reigonal. I guess if you hacked NPR you might be able to, but there's no computer access to a RADIO station. And you can't jam radar by playing songs on the radio... They use different frequencies. So I doubt they'd all escape 48 AIM-54s.

The SeaSlam, similar to the Russian Shkval torpedo, created a bubble of air around the projectile, and would ignite a rocket engine, allowing it to hit speeds of Mach 5, as fast as an AIM-54. OOC-Well, it was fun. But I have to disagree about modern war RPs not being able to have story. Books like Red Strom Rising were great, and were very similar to the kind of combat we had going here. Methinks if we had more ground warfare, this could have been really good. But, nice to see an new nation that can RP correctly.
