Notes
The pilot is in a enclosed armoured cockpit, he/she sits in shock absorbing chair with a pull down harness. The pilot “sees” out by looking at a virtual reality screen that gives 180 degrees of vision of the outside, this is provided by an array of micro cameras around the cockpit. If the screen is inoperative the armor over the cockpit can be raised to allow manual vision of the surroundings. This is not recommended as the bullet proof glass cannot protect the pilot as well as the armor does, but is adequate in emergencies.
An Advance A.I. system is used to monitor the unit status. (Unable to override pilot)
A HUD system which is tied into the A.I. which can highlight targets & other points of interest.
The Armor Piercing Rounds are for tanks & other hard targets, while the HE Rounds are for soft targets such as people, vehicles, supply dumps etc. The pilot can switch between the two types of Rounds. Further more the ammunition is made from advance lightweight materials to reduce weight; please note that the AP rounds function like depleted uranium sabot rounds but do not contain depleted uranium.

General:
The Caesar truck mounted artillery system is a 155 mm 52 calibre self-propelled gun, Caesar is equipped with all the systems needed for independent operation, a cabin to protect the six man gun crew against shell fragments and small arms fire, an initial ammunition supply of 16 complete rounds and instrumentation for navigation, aiming, ballistic calculations and command aids. The system was specifically designed to meet the fire support requirements of rapid deployment forces.
Equipment:
Caesar is equipped with a 155mm, 52 calibre barrel and can maintain a firing rate of 6 to 8 rounds per minute in sustained fire, or three rounds in 15 seconds in rapid fire.
an Intertechnique ROB4 muzzle velocity radar system and a SAGEM Sigma 30 navigation system and global positioning system (GPS) are fitted so there is no requirement for topographical teams and goniometers. The weapon has an automatic hydraulic laying system and the loading system is semi-automatic.
The gun can be set into and out of action in less than 1 minute. The weapon system configuration and the provision of hydraulic drives give a time of approximately 30 seconds, to take the Caesar out of battery. A unit of eight Caesar self-propelled artillery vehicles can dispense, in less than one minute, more than one tonne of projectiles, 1,500 bomblets or 48 smart anti-tank munitions on targets at ranges up to 40km.

The Starstreak HVM (High Velocity Missile) is designed to counter threats from very high performance, low-flying aircraft and fast 'pop up’ strikes by helicopter attacks. The missile, which travels at more than three times the speed of sound, uses a system of three dart-like projectiles, allowing multiple hits on the target. HVM can be fired from the shoulder, from a lightweight multiple launcher of from the Stormer armoured vehicle, which is equipped with an eight-round launcher and carries another 12 missiles inside the vehicle.
