I have the honour to inform you that Ursoria's Parliament has adopted the following Law:
WHEREAS it is well-known that Monaco would otherwise revert to France if the House of Grimaldi becomes extinct; and
WHEREAS that seems to be an immanent possibility in the near future; and
WHEREAS this Parliament is firmly of the opinion that the world needs Monaco;
THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED AND RESOLVED that the Kingdom of Ursoria lays claim to the Principality of Monaco in the event that the sovereignty of that nation is endangered because of the extinction of the House of Grimaldi.
