It has been noticed that nation 2231320 is making itself un delegate by making another nation and voting for itself.2231320 also declared war on 14 other nations including myself and proton alpha 1. 2231320 has killed 14,000 innocent people in its own nation and will not hesitate to do the same to us. Kidnappings are not uncommon . I here by ask for your support in bringing about sanctions on 2231320. If these sanctions are broken then action shall be taken. Who's with me :evil:
