The people of Augnista emgerge from their bunkers while the time is safe. They see the destoryed government buildings and the neighborhood that was bombed. They demand revenge for the damage done to their country. Everyone lends a hand in fortifying the defences. The wounded are treated in medical centers. Memorials are built for those lost. Funerals are also held the dead. The essiental government buildings are re-station underground. Those who are able to fight are quickly train and armed in case of a possible land invasion. They re-supply the underground bunker with months worth of medical, food and water supplies. It is announced any slave who helps defend the nation will be granted their full freedom.

We in Ilek-Vaad would hope that EVERY Augnistian slave help defend the country, or better yet set them all free and treat them as human beings with rights and freedoms.

That nation of Augnista is outrage. We would never use over civilians or slaves as human shields. This is a disgrace to the nation of Augnista.

(OOC: Copiosa Scotia's presentation of terms to Augnista, and Edolia's presentation of terms to Zenti and Yurka in the other thread should be considered ICly to have been made simultaneously. Therefore, both 24-hour periods will run out at exactly the same time.)

Copiosa Scotia has presented a revised list of demands. One way or another, the cease-fire ends in 24 hours. It's up to the leadership of Augnista to decide whether it will end in peace, or in a continuation of hostilities. However, Michael MacFarlane has hinted that Copiosa Scotia may be willing to negotiate some of these points.

- Resignation of all top-level Augnistan government officials, as determined by the Copiosa Scotian Department of Foreign Affairs, and formation of a new Augnistan government.
- Full freedom granted to all the women Augnista attempted to sell.
- A total end to slavery in Augnista.
- A sum of no less than 500 P (approx. US$813) or the equivalent paid in reparations to said women.
- The surrender of any plans for weapons of mass destruction gained though this attempted sale.
- The acceptance of a number of Copiosa Scotian peacekeeping troops in Augnista, of a number not exceeding 100,000, for up to two years.
- Guaranteed use of any and all Augnistan ports by Copiosa Scotian military vessels for up to five years.

Hey. There was a Cher concert that night. The arena was packed. It was a sold out show. The arena is really close to the government buildings and a neighborhood. I wouldn't be suprised if the attack was on purpose in an attempt to kill Cher and the people running the concert because your national leader couldn't get tickets to see her live. The Augnista government officals agree to meet on your battleship Ilek-Vaad.

The Imperator, Erik von Blatterschplitt has made an official statement endorsing peace between the Allies and Augnista. Since technically no state of war exists between Edolia and Augnista, we will not be sending a delegation to the meeting but we wish both sides the best of luck but do wish to make it clear that the might of Edolia is behind Copiosa Scotia.

Excellent. I have been informed that the Republican Council is sending the Minister of Foreign Affairs to personally meet and insure the safety of Augnista's delegation. I will have the Revenge's banquet hall set and ready as well as the VIP cabins readied.

I personally am not happy that I did not get to blow anything up, but we all must make concessions for peace. Long live freedom and democracy.

The nation of Augnista has proposed a different alliance. These are the new terms:
-All officals of the Augnistan government will resign. Except the current emperor Tender Branson. He and government officals from Copiosa Scotia
will together form a new government.
-Augnista will free all non-criminal slaves. Those slaves would will be freed will be given a home, full citizenship, a formal education, and government funding until they find a job.
-We will try to buy back the slaves from the Macabees. Then grant them there freedom and give them a home, full citizenship, a formal education, and government funding until they find a job. We are unable to grant their freedom at this moment because they were sold to The Macabees.
-We will pay for any war debt of Copiosa Scotia, if here is any
-Establishment of trade with the nation of Copiosa Scotia.
-Formation of a possible alliance with Copiosa Scotia

These terms are fair. For your nation has suffered no loses in this war. These terms will in the long run cost your nation less money and prevent anymore hostilies between our nations and lose of any more human lives.The nation of Augnista has removed itself from the Slave-Alliance

We will accept this treaty if the Augnistan government will add to the current terms the surrender of WMD data acquired in the trade with The Macabees.

I am glad that peace has prevailed and that this conflict has been resolved. I am also pleased at Augnista's enlightened decision to bring about an end to salvery and political change. This will be better for the Nation of Augnista in the long run.
