I'm not big on genocide, but there's about to be a huge sentinent machine purge in my nation unless someone turns the thread from a story to an RP.
Uhhhh, I would nominate myself, nut I like to consider myself more apathitic than evil. Ie, I don't care who I have to trample to get there, as long as I do.

For RL I would have to nominate Russia, and all the nations in the Balkans.
I nominate myself as one of the more evil countries, as I have a similar system that stalin did(in that while 20m of his own people died, the country advanced more... You are screwed in chellis, if you dont have money...)...
