Mediation between Ragol II and Phoenix 1
Other nations please refrain from putting in your point of view, this is an inter-regional problem. Alright Ragol II and Phoenix 1, lets get this underway before we have an inter-regional war.
Phoenix 1, start by explaining EVERYTHING about your hate for Kyle-ness. Ragol II was not here at the time when you were at war them.

Okay....*sigh*...It started when I, Prongs left my nation to atone for my prevoius mistakes. I assumed the nation would be in good hands, but I was wrong. As soon as I departed from my nation Militant groups and factions sprung up and fought for control in Hellshadows cities. Urban skirmishes were common place and were brutal, violent and destructive of whole areas. Casualties rose and people fled hellshadow to other regions.one region (the closest) was Kyle-ness they assumed they would be safe...another assumption gone astray...They were mistreated and persecuted. Until eventually an order to exterminate my people was put out in Kyle-ness. Thousends were slaughtered. But then I returned...And with my ally and good friend, James Katt, and a small band of ghosts still loyal to me went and publicly excecuted all of kyle-ness's officails. But Kyle sensing danger had already fled. So Katt and I took it upon ourselves to care for and heal this ill-kempt nation. But Kyle was ahead of us and slipped back in to his nation and rallied his people with lies and deceit. Myself and James decided to wash our hands of this situation. So after much deliberation I flung this nation of the wit-less and damned from our midst...from our nation...such is my perrogotive. And if you, Xerxes think I was wrong let our troubles be settled on the field of battle...

Okay look matts (james) cousin wanted to get rid of his nation so matt said 'hey let me have it' so we made up this story to justify it but kyle said he didn't want to die so we said he 'evaded capture' but then kyle figured out the new password we put on it so he couldn't steal it back. And he...stole it back, so matt told me to take 'care of him' so I did...That is what really happend
