Forest fores burn down large tropic, killing thousands
Yesterday, the Kythan government saw a large pillar of smoke in the air. When later investigated, it was found out to be a large forest fire in the Tropic area of Kythr. Deaths are predicted at just above 2500, and there are 15867 injuries. any help will be thanked for.
The forest fire is believed to be the works of a terrorist group called the Uytlije Hunjivtir Yrthgiy, in english Ever Lasting Army (weird name isn't?)

The Ruschic government extends its condolences to the victims and offers a gift of twenty-five million dollars to Kythr. Unfortunately, unless the Kythr government wouldn't mind having a few Ruschic fighters patrolling the skies over the forest to see if this Ever Lasting Army is still in the area however unlikely, there's little we can do in assistance. We may be big, but our military still needs work, though not in the air force area.
The nation of Ssakura will postition the Ss Concept (in space) to fire a modified versio of the vPlasmaIV torpedo. These torpedoes contain a special chemical mixture that extinguishes fires very quickly. We'll also contribute 1 million dollars, and 1,000 MedPacs for the wounded.
Ruschi, your support in this crisis is gladly welcomed. If you want, you may have patrols patroling the sky for any remnant of The Ever Victorious Army, though I doubt that they remain due to their captured "fleet" of Kythn vessals that they gained during an asssult that must have devastated their #'s. They could have easiloy flown out of the jungle. The only small hope in this disaster is that wae were able to trace a massage that told us where one of there outposts are. Here it is
"General Terhan, we have set the distraction. if you go now, you may be able to gain acess to their codes in their military base off the coast of Kythr. Then, only then, will we defeat them in the war"
At this point when we heard it we rushed our troops to cover every place that had codes to our security systems. A massive army of savages (not really, but primitive compared to our recent technology developments) marched up to one of our bases and attacked us. We just managed to hold them off due to their numbers.
The rest of the message we uncoded
"'General Terhan, you may contact us at l'taj'mahal'kel. (l'taj'mahal'kel is a deserted army base on the rim of our atmosphere)' 'Captain-General Yurgah, that will be fine. I will contact you sir, at the...."
The rest of the message was lost in static. When we got the static to recide, the message was heavily coded and we couln'dt decode it. We will send a copy to you to see of you can decode it. Again thank yo;u for your help

We went and invaded the l'taj'mahal'kel. Before we sset a mine to blow the place up, we took all the records of any info or tech. we also to any data or computers we found. In the records we found out the location of the group, a place Rathr knows as l'til'jai'ut'il'tr'ev'me'jahd. We sent a scout ship to the location and found out that there were at least two groups.Here is the message:
"Sir! We have found a huge colony of terrorists!! Its ten times bigger than Kythr reported!! It looks like if it grows any further, it will launch a war against Kythr that they might not live thru! Oh sh**, theres a ship on my god da** tail! Sir! Sir! Can you hear me? Ahhhhh....."
we will immediatly ask for any support in helping Kythr crush these rebels
