We have issued a pact of non aggression, friendliness and aid whenever needed to all the former Soviet and Russian states/nations/regimes as well as nations which system of goverment is similar to marxism. We hope that this pact will bring all former Soviet nations much closer to each other, financially and militarily.

The contents of this pact includes:
-No acts of aggression or unfriendliness towards any member of the pact unless it threatens the national identify of said nation.
-Whenever a Pact member is attacked it is percieved as an act of aggression to the Marxist pact and all members must come to the aid of said pact member and in some way repel the enemy nation, not necessarily in military intervention, it could be sending supplies, funds and/or military equipment.
-members of the pact must send some sort of aid package to a nation that is in dire need of some.
-Nations must open up to free trade agreements or lessen tariffs on trade goods between countries.


Simply, the pact states that we should be close friends, and if any rouge nation attacks one of us it is meant as an attack on all of us.

Me and Soviet Haaregrad have been discussing and cangradualtions. You have a new naval base in the Balkans!! :D I have gained a the factory to produce the Ak-107/8 rifle and the capasity to produce 150 J-21 light attack aircraft.

Well i am speding 1,000,000,000 for the training, saleries and bases?

I have a very limited budget 3,613,000,000 We are only a small nation of 5 mil.

Are capable of support our sleves with such large costs.

I have 2000 RPG-7 with 10000 rockets, 50 T-80 tanks and one intercontinental ballistic missile with a rocket launcher that I will give if I can set up an airbase in your country. Its a win win. You get all these weapons, an airforce to protect you and I get another firm ally.

That is very genorous, i am considering it, but it will have to wait for the moment. I will give it deeper thought over a drink of Rakija.

BTW the airbase will contain 15 MiG-25s, 7 MiG-31s, 2 Cargo Planes, 6 Su-35, 15 Mi-28 Havoc 18 Mi-8 Hip-E, 20 Mi-26 halo. With crew and guards contain 1500 personale.

May I ask my allies for assistence in getting into the UN. Endorcments would be very kind.

The United Socialist States of Zvarinograd grants control for all Marxist Pact members the Zemlya Line. The Zemlya line is a group of military airbases that can refuel and link aircraft from Europe to Canada and America.

United Socialist States of Zvarinograd's geography basically composes of islands north of Russia and Siberia claimed by the Russian Federation but aren't populated. At least not by them that is.
