Tourists and other visitors from outside the Region of Relic and now declared enemies of the state in the Wastelands of Former Kuban.

Myself and the Congress of the Confederacy of Stone River have seen it fit to cut off all trade with the Wastelands of the Former Kuban. We will not do business with a state that insists on complete isolation, and is willing to kill innocent civilians for no other reason besides the fact that they are from another country. I call on every civilized nation to join me in ceasing economic relations with this rogue nation.
