The Doctrinal War (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=83579) has ended, and the Ur-Quan Kohr-Ah were the victors. The Rogue fleet was utterly annihilated. As per to the rules of the War, we shall now dictate our will over the Rogues.

- They shall not engage in any sort of warfare until we have ended following our Doctrine, or until both sides have departed from this part of space. This means that there shall be no furthering of the Eternal Doctrine.

- The Rogues will not depart from this part of space until we have done so.

- Any ships built by the Rogues shall be given to the winning side of the War.

- Any factories meant for building warships shall be handed over to the winning side of the War.

- All new technology the Rogues may have found in their "journeys" shall be given to the winning side of the War.

- The Rogues shall work under the supervision of the winning side of the War, until we have left this part of space.

- The only time the Rogues may fight in a battle is when the winning side of the War engages in it. The Rogues are to cooperate with the winning side of the War in such a case.

- The Rogues shall be placed in Alpha Horologii, and will only leave it when the winning side of the War permits it. That is, unless the we have departed from this part of space already.

The Rogues are to accept these terms or live in eternal shame. They lost the Doctrinal War, and they are now forced to follow our wishes.

We are not in that alliance. The War has just ended. We will consider our position on the map of alliances later.

Now that both sides have agreed to follow this agreement, it has been put into motion. We are currently browsing through the Rogue databanks, have taken over their mobile ship factories and have started to relocate them to Alpha Horologii, to one planet that we have been terraforming for quite a while. There they shall remain until the time that we change our Doctrinal position or leave. We will remain ever vigilant and keep them pacified.
