We, the members of the Board and Parliament of the Johnston Arms Corp, do hereby offer to all nations membership in the Anti-Weapons of Mass Destruction League. These members will be asked to contribute to a small military force to protect all of the members in case of an attack by WMDs, and only in the case of such an attack. Members will also be asked to spread anti-WMD propaganda and information about the environmental and other hazards of said weapons.
We, the members of the Board and Parliament of the Johnston Arms Corp, do hereby declare a Weapon of Mass Destruction, or WMD, to be a weapon which: uses a nuclear reaction; uses poisonous chemical substances; uses deadly or dehabilitating bacteria or viruses, but not including said substances which do not permanently affect the attacked in any way; or any other weapon which kills a total of more than 500,000 people in an attack.
