Alliance of Rotovia Independant States
Today an alliance of mutual defence, protection and diplomacy ahs been created. Member nation will pay an annual tribute to the Rotovian Council of $750,000,000US. This money will be used to finance defence and humanitarian projects amoungst the alliance. All conflicts between member nations will be resolved by the Rotovian Council, and military attacks apon anoth member nation is strictly fobidden.
