Regulations for becoming a Sebecean nation (Sebecean Union)
You must receive a verbal instruction from Setian-Sebeceans.
You must be spacing tech
You must have a nation that has the prefix SU or SC for Sebecean Union or Sebecean Commonwealth
You must follow Sebecean war morals
You will not be surrendering yourself, but joining in on a great alliance
War cannot be declared on any fellow Sebecean Nation
Your nation does not have to be composed of sebeceans(Homo-Superior) but we advise that you have one as a ambassador to the SU
Your nation must freely open its boarders to trade in the SU
Your nation must respect all terran races(Humanlike)
