The Arch-Cardinal of Aetolia formally requests trade with any nation posessing nuclear technology for information to create a stable nuclear powerplant in exchange for supplies of Uranium mined from the country's developed Uranium mines.
The Arch-Cardinal would like other countries to know that this in no way is to be used to create weapons of mass destruction, but to help increase available powerflow within the nation.
Any country interested in an exchange, please forward a memo to Aetolia ASAP.
