Upon the orders of the Imperator:
All active duty military personel will report immediately to mobilization centers. All leave is hereby cancelled. At this time, the active duty combat soldiers of the Empire number around 3.5 million. Per the orders of the Imperator, the Draft is to be reinstated to increase the number of combat soldiers to approximately six million.
The Naval Forces of the Empire are to make ready for combat operations, post haste. All six Imperatrix Class Battleships are to report to predetermined locations along with the appropriate Carrier Battlegroups, support vessels, and Serpent Class Missile Cruisers.
The Air Forces of Akilliam are also to be readied for high alert. Beginning tomorrow, all vital targets in the Empire will be covered by fighter screens on a 'round-the-clock basis. All bomber squadrons must bring response time down to the twelve minute mark. Appropriate missile, air, and space defense systems will also be on 'round-the-clock readiness in order to respond to the ever growing threat.
Details as to the causes of mobilization will be released at such a time as Imperator Cominus deems fit.
