I have decided to participate in a war, however since fighting myself would be counter-productive I would like one of you to be the "enemy".
I will be taking this very seriously and will expect the same from you. I expect inteligent posts, well thought out strategies et.c. If you feel you meet these criteria please let me know.
I am also in search of a neutral third party (nation) to moderate this dispute. This person will not post in character but will be responsible for determining losses.
For example: You have a carrier group in my waters, I respond by launching anti-ship missiles. He would decide how many your defenses can destroy and how many, if any, find their mark. He would also calculate losses. Second, all "top-secret" plans must be telegraphed to him. That is: If I decide to mine the beaches around the capital city I would have to let him know, then if you conduct an amphibious assault against that beach he would interject and post losses due to the mines.
I feel that only a completely impartial person could do this fairly and accurately. Small engagements could be decided by the participants.
After I have chosen my opponent we can come up with some reason as to why we're fighting.
