The Kalkoran Federation extends its hand in friendship to the USSP. While the Senate is intensely against gifts to foreign nations, we offer to join in a mutual defensive alliance with you (and any other small nations as well). Send me a telegram if you want to know all of the details.
We are also open to trade, if you wish. Humanitarian aid may be acquired through us in this way.
