Thats just a bonus for showing mercy, but thats not the main reason I do it.
The Dictatorship of Bigmenistan would like to ask CorpSac what nation these refugees come from?
If they are trying to flee persecution for religious, economic, and/or political freedom, then Bigmenistan would be more than willing to take some of those refugees off your hands.
However if they do come from terrorist ties as you seem to think and are trying to flee justice, then we will have no part of them, Bigmenistan is very firm in it's commitment against terrorism.
I recomend that an investigation be launched on the origin of these refugees, and why they wish to flee their country.

Well, Bigmenistan is a relatively new nation. And I have yet to produce or buy any kind of heavy cargo aircraft (such as the C-141 Starlifter, or the C-5 Galaxy).
So I'd have a logistics issue in getting them here. My nation doesn't posess any kind of Navy either.
So I'd have to have someone fly them to me or temporarily supply a fleet of about 10 heavy passenger ships. Although I am looking at buying some heavy lifter aircraft once I get my funds up some more.
How many refugees on average do you get? Cause I need to know before I arrange any kind of effort to get them here.
Alright I've just placed an order for 100 C-130 Hercules aircraft (which have a range of 1500 miles). On top of that I have 10 KC-135R Stratotankers (air to air refueling).
All I need to know now is your amount of refugees and I can judge a suitable number to bring here to Bigmenistan. But they must go through a screening by my anti-terror authorities before I will accept any of them.

Could you give me a rough estimate on the amount of refugees though? Cause I got to figure out how many I can take (most will be drafted into the military, while women and children will work at minimal wage in factories)
