Military Technology

CI Computerized Helmet Visor

This visor slips neatly over any combat helmet. It provides a digital view of the world (because it isn’t translucent), and (thanks to micro cameras in the straps) can show a 360-degree view around the soldier. It also provides night vision, thermal, a digital camera (with two gigabytes of storage space), GPS tracker, and a x2 zoom function. Commanders can also relay orders to these visors through networked computers. Not bulletproof, but durable enough to last in battle.

Price: $10,000 for 50

CI Ammunition Ticker

Clip onto any firearm and (after specifying the number of bullets in your magazines) displays the ammunition left in the weapon. A microphone (underneath the ticker, facing the weapon) counts the bullets. Also (using a more sensitive microphone) works on silenced weapons.

Price: $25 each.

CI Digital Rifle Scope

Fits on any rifle and certain types of submachine guns. Built mainly for sniper rifles, however, as the zoom greatly exceeds the range of most assault rifles and submachine guns. Completely digital, with thermal capabilities. It’s most potent feature is it’s enormous zoom range, around 15x. Scientists are not revealing how they achieved this.

Price: $250 each.

The Government of Ganymerica wishes to order 1001 Spartan X5900 computers.

1000 computers to be linked up in an ultra-fast network for research, and one for the president to play Doom 3 on.

Also, we're interested in buying somewhat slower and cheaper computers for providing one to every kid in our public school system.

Right. We have wired the money for the supercomputer.

We would like to discuss quanta rebates for the X3000s.

As of first, we're considering to buy 200 000 computers to cover up the worst spots in the public educational system.

Sense the Raccon is no longer assembled; and no ones would want it; we'll seel you all of them we have (about 450,000) for 1.5 Million.
12-11-2003, 22:53
One and a half million? USD?

And they're not assembled?

Well, we'll take them anyway.

1.5 million has been wired.

No, they're assembled; they just aren't manufactured anymore.
14-11-2003, 12:40
Well, we still want them.

The money has been wired along with a hundred tons of frozen pizzas as a token of gratitude from your Ganymerican friends and allies.
