Following a civil war in Kahta, the part that was fought in, and had cededed, RWK is in need of rebuilding and reducating the country, and its citizens. The entire infastructure needs to be rebuilt and the entire population of about 4.5 Million needs to be reducated.

There are contracts avalible for rebuilding every part of the country. PLease post for what you will RP and rebuild.

"Well soldier, we need to start the rebuilding process." General William Dell said as he eyed the barren, cratered, and burnt terrain of what was once a rolling field of trailers and small houses. It had all been burnt by the retreating RWK army in their final hours before driving to southern RWK and getting into their bots.

"Sir were shall we start? Our country is building the temporary housing facilites." Replied Private Sherman Sandler eying the barren terrain.

"Lets begin setting up the tents, remember soldier these people do not like us, so we do not have to help them alot."

The 140,000 combat troops are all setting up 4 man tents near the planned sites of re-education schools. Attendance is mandatory and anyone that is found to not be in school will be put in prison for education.

The penalty for making a racist comment is a $150,000 fine and re-education. The re-education is mainly about racisim, but since most of these people are redneck hicks they are given a high school education.

Ah, yes of course, the DSM has a strict stance against racism. The money will be wired shortly. We wish that the money goes towards the restoration of life-necessary services such as medical needs or utilities such as water.

This is not future tech. All the capabilities of the Compellor battle-tank are in use today. I assume you are talking about the Vanquisher beam-cannon when you speak of future-tech, but the United States government back on Earth has developed long-range lasers of the type used for factory cutting. By long-range of course, i mean with in 15 metres. After that, the power of the beam steadily deteriorates.

I can send in some of our contractors to build some prison facilities in the former RWK to help hold all the people that refuse to be "re-educated". We will also like to wire 5 million Halsks to Kahta to help with the reconstruction.

Thank you Kroz for your thank you. I have information on some of your MIAs. About 200 Krozian MIA infantrymen are in Novgovan medical facilities (sorry we couldn't tell you this sooner). Also about 40 Krozian scouts that had been missing had accidentally blundered into the Novgovan Front and 35 of them have been rescued, but one scout group of 5 men didn't make it. They are currently by the makeshift airport the Novgovan troops built and could be sent by helicopter to the Krozian Army HQ. Also we have about 52 Krozian bodies that we have recovered from the fronts and can either be buried with full military honor in Kahta or shipped back to you (whichever is OK.) Also the second Friday in November in Novgova is now Krozian Rememberence Day dedicated to all of the Krozian forces who have helped Novgovan troops and prevented needless Novgovan deaths.

Another thing: 53 Krozian troops are elligible for the Novgovan Distinguished Cross, the highest military honor in Novgova. About 14 Krozian military troops and personnel are also elligible for the Novgovan Medal of Heroes, the highes award that can be given by the Novgovan government. Finally, 15 of your officers are elligible for the honorary Novgovan Military title, Golden Chief. All that is needed for these awards and honors to be handed to these Krozian men is the Krozian government's permission.

One last thing: Novgovan businesses are trying to branch out and trade with other countries (We excell in trout farming). If Krozian businesses are interested just let us know. 8)

The makeshift airport we have built, with your permission, will be built into an international airport, to help Kahta's businesses branch out (you know Novgova is always looking for business partnerships) and for the average Kahtan tourist to use. We also will started building major roads to help bring business into former RWK territory to help the Kahtan economy and to help exert your influence too. (Also in case of another rebellion, your troops would be able to use these roads to your advantage.)

One last thing:

About 800 Kahtan refugees (600 of them are "undesirables" as RWK used to call them) are in Novgova. They can be sent back to Kahta now that the fighting is over if you want. Otherwise they can if they want have full citazenship in Novgova.

We just realized that 1,000 men were left behind, as the table-boats did not have enough space for everyone. They will fight, I am making this contact from my boat via sat. phone.

With our large police force, we at Stone River often find ourselves with a surplus of older police cars. We currently have fifty 80's Chevrolet Caprice Police Cars, similar to the one pictured below, that we need to get rid of.

So, I'm willing to let you purchase as many of these vehicles as you require, at $2500 a unit. Tell us how many you require, and we will ship them over by C-130 cargo plane at our earliest convenience.

Well Attica here are my reasons:
1) In the spirit of RPing Novgova was once a big country that was once Communist. It was renowned for its army (although its airforce is hopelessly outdated). However it collapsed (sounds a lot like the USSR doesn't it) into three nations during the end of the Cold War:
Novgova (the original country), Lipany, and Petrovice. Lipany and Petrovice broke away when they had the chance because they didn't like being ruled by Novgova. Later, the breakaway Republic of West Novgova broke away from Novgova to go back to the kind of government Novgova used to have. Novgova reformed into a Democracy, although its seems to be slowly heading back to Communist ways (I'm trying to stop that. Not that there's anything wrong with communism...) My point being that the October date is the date Novgova's new gov't. came into existence, not that the country itself didn't exist.

2) I just thought I could do something good. I wasn't resupplying Kahta's army (they have good equip. already), but merely creating local militia and partisans to help find the remaining RWK and their sympethizers due to the local people's intimacy with the terrain and surrounding areas.

Well, tell me if you want to equip these militia and partisans. But before you do take this into consideration:

1) It costs you money, and being that I have this free equipment for them, its free.

2) Since I am training local militia, it might not be wise for you to equip them since you never know which person in the militia is loyal to Kahta and which is loyal to the RWK. Surely you don't want RWK troops with Attican training and excellent Attican weapons walking around...

You may award the men the awards and about the bodies, we are setting up a dedicatory graveyard for the dead Krozians. We can extend that to also being for the Novgovans too. The graveyard will be outside of Kahta city.

We are doing more research on the Novgovans that were under our control and will get back to you on the medels that they should recieve. We'd like to award all of them though the Medel of Bravery, and the red A. If you have ever played the game Kroz, and I bet you haven't, then you'll get the "A" part. The red A is equivilant of the purple heart. I'll get back to you tomarrow about the awards the Novgovans deserve if you'll accept them.

Our borders are forever open to trade with Novgova and Kahta. Our major industry is wood cutting.

As for the recovered Novgovans. We were only able to find 278 men and 28 dead bodies which we are in posession of currentlly. We will return them to your main camp. As of right now we have the 5,000 troops that you left in our care currently at a M.A.S.H. unit. They should be healthy by tomarrow morning. As for right now I'm going to bed.

10 of the Novgovan troops are eligible for the Knights honor award, and another 2 are eligable for the medel of courage, the highest medel for in the WHOLE krozian military. Another 15 are eligable for the medel of great acheivement which is for is for showing great leadership in the field of combat.

To Kroz:

13 of the 28 Novgovan bodies found by Krozian infantry would like to be sent to Novgova because of some family requests, that their family members who served in the Novgovan military who died be buried in their home country. The rest of the 28 bodies can be buried in Kahta in the cemetary. The two reasons were:

About 12 of the other troops' families wanted their family members to be buried with other Novgovan and Krozian troops who died in defense of Kahta.

3 of the troops had no immediate family who cared. :cry:

The names of the bodies of the Novgovan troops who are to be sent back will be sent to Krozian medical personnel and Novgovan medical personnel to coordinate the shipment of them back to Novgova. As for the others to be left on Kahta, we would gladly help bury them and other Krozian troops who died.

As you may or may not know, dealing with grieving families of those lost is a sad occassion, and isn't very easy to respect their demands. We hope you understand.

Yes, you may build the items mentioned above, and as for the refugees, allow them to make their own choice as to where they want to go.

With our large police force, we at Stone River often find ourselves with a surplus of older police cars. We currently have fifty 80's Chevrolet Caprice Police Cars, similar to the one pictured below, that we need to get rid of.

The governmenf of Kahta will be giving $100,000 to the soldiers that served in the RWK Conflict. The government is giving $200,000 to the families of those who died in the name of peace. This is a total of $16 Billion dollars in Kahta, if you assisted with troops in this affair, please post the exact total number including support troops, and the total number that died. Please calculate and the money will be awarded to the families. Please make this tax free to the families of those who died or those who served.

Novgova, seeing there is no immediate threat to Kahta has ordered a withdrawl of 30,000 out of the 35,000 there. Also, about 650 Kahtan refugees will be returning to Kahta ASAP.
