"After reviewing the training of the Army's tank crews, it has been decided that Imperial crews are under trained. Because of this, a major reform to crew training is going underway and virtual simulators are expected to be installed in training facilities.
Trained crews will then use these simulators to fight in randomized teams of 816 aganst 4 other teams.Because winning teams will get certain benefits, it will motivate teams to do better. It will also train teams in the use of thier tanks, and provide 'combat' experience."
