While being taken to a ambulance, the dictator exclaimed "That Horse must be a Capitalist!"
After he was treated with an icepack, the dictator was asked how he liked his treatment the non-socialized hospital. The dictator remarked, "It was pretty good, and nobody had to be shot so I would go to the head of the line."
