A man walks up to a podium, in front of him are men whos eyes have a certain sparkle of intelligence. He clears his throat, "Gentlemen, I believe you all know why you are here today. Well, without further adieu, let us begin." The man takes a remote and switches off the lights, then a screen lowers down behind him. He puts down the remote on a table and turns on the slide projector nearby. On the screen, there is the United Socialist States of Zvarinograd's flag along with these words, "United Socialist States of Zvarinograd, Weapons of International Destruction".

"In the modern world, there is a growing prejudice against our communist comrades. The number of innocent communist nations being bullied and invaded by larger imperialist and capitalist nations is increasing. The ever present danger of a new world order that will seek to anniliathe all of communism is at hand. I can not and will not tolerate this, if the modern world can not accept communism, then communism will not accept the modern world. Therefore, I have gathered all of you to jointly develop an international electromagnetic pulse ballistic missle system that will, in effect, eradicate any and all electronic systems in the world should it continue this hatred for communism into our nation."

A roleplay, yes. However, it has some out of character influence, noted in the formation of coalitiions against communism. They don't realize those who they view as terrorist and imperialist communist nations disobey Marxism because imperialism is the ultimate capitalism. I, on the other hand, will not use this weapon in psychological warfare. I will use it indefinately, when provoked.

And oh, it's not developed yet.

Yes it is a roleplay. This is about a weapon my scientists are making that I will use if I get attacked just because my nation's communist. This weapon destroys all electronics. Is that simple enough for you?
