Crowds thronged the streets as the one billionth Resian citizen was born today. A white neko with sky blue eyes born into one of the wealthier families in the Resi Corporation, Azure Fleetpaw (the name of the child) was present at a massive gaila and speach today. Cheif Executive Officer of the entire Resi Corporation, Jai Resi himself, was present at the event, who delivered a speach on the past, present, and future of the Resi Corporation, along with the parents of the baby neko (Mr. Fangus Fleetpaw and Mrs. Choi Fleetpaw). Photos of Resi kissing the baby have already appeared in several international newspapers and the event was televised worldwide.

((OOC: People can attend the event if they want, but I'm probably going to be gone for most of the rest of today. Don't expect a response to RP's until about 1 A.M., forum time))

its not just based on age... i know a person who is now in the top 10 for longest players and is only in top 100 (just) for size
