Earthquake rocks Vozvyshenskiy
An earthquake measuring 8.4 on the richter scale has struck the town of Yalutoroysk in the the southeast of Vozvyshenskiy at 6:34 this morning. Widespread damage has been caused by the earthquake and the threat of aftershocks looms. An earthquake of this scale in the region is unprecedented and, as such, the local emergency services have been overwhelmed. For this reason I, El Prime Ministere of The Free Land of Vozvyshenskiy am requesting aid in the form of Medical supplies and excavation equipment be sent to assist the town of Yalutoroysk.

The Khanates will immediately dispatch 5000 tons of medical supplies and send 60000 aid workers and heavy rescue to help. We will also send an aid package of 200 billion US dollars to help rebuild the hit areas.
If more aid is needed, kindly request for more and we will willingly oblige.

The Free Land of Vozvyshenskiy geratly appreciates the generosity of the Khanates and will immediately put to good use the requested supplies. We do not ask anymore of the Khanates though, as this package is more then we could ask for. However we are still in need of heavy machinery to help locate citizens trapped in the rubble of fallen buildings.

Because all of the buildings in the local area have been reduced to rubble and people are teaming up and chipping away at them with pick axes pleading people to help them find their familys ¬¬
