Neoluna came under another surprise attack as it launched an envoy to the nation of 01 in the Middle east. The scientific envoy wsa turned back and made it safely to base under the cover of Neolunas effective array of experimental weapons like auto plasma missle launchers with multitargetting abilities. About half of the 500 raider ships were destroyed the rest escaped but heavily damaged the external shipyards and interplanetary-launch facility on the way out, killing 6223 Neoluna citizens in total - no nation has claimed responsibility for the attacks.
Neoluna Director Sun had this to say, "the people responsible we be brought to justice - and we will rid the skies of this threat. We will then return to our original charter of peaceful exploration of space and scientific discovery. We are close to formulating an effective defense system at Neoluna - we have been forced to pick up arms and build weapons of war instead of vehicles of exploration. But we will prevail, even excell at this too - the people of Neoluna will rise up to this challenge and the evil bastards reponsible for these atrocities will be dealt with acordingly - we will have justice - I swear it!"
