So Far, it seems that you look at your nation's stats (specifically military and national budget) and make a logical guess off of that. Your tech level comes into play too (for instance, are you a future tech or modern tech nation?) Then, when you are ready to sell, post up a storefront thread with your product and you can begin sales! Note: New nations don't seem to be allowed to make Nuclear weapons, or large vehicles such as aircraft carriers.

First of all, you clear a nice big spot on your table. Then you either take our your lego or cardboard. Start gluing and shaping or cutting (use safety scissors) and you'll eventually have made your own weapons!
Ahem. Seriously, though, just Role Play it out. But start small. Build a factory to make simple things like AK-47s. You set up a storefront listing your items and prices you sell them at.
And after a few weeks or a month, move onto things like jeeps, tanks, basic fighters and stuff. Don't hesitate to ask.

How do u build a factory
"I have built a factory to build AK-47 rifles". Factory is built, metal and plastic goes in one side, tens of AK-47s roll out the other end.

I think you simply say that you have built a factory.
role play not hard to understand hell i relised that when i started looking at the stores its not like you can buy a building or make troops or invade, you just say you have one and you have one or u might have a PS that makes arms so you role play contracts they want and you get a cut etc etc

You ask too much, this is all role playing, you "imagine" the factory. You don't have to announce it or anything.

You must sacrifice a virgin she-goat under the light of a full moon. You must then daub yourself with the goats blood, and cry out to the heavens "I AM WAMO90, AND I HAVE BUILT A FACTORY". Then the factory will appear. If it doesn't, the goat had probably been violated, and so you must try again.
