Manufacturing rights
Vervun is looking to purchase the rights for manufacturing a standard assault weapon, side-arm, and heavy weapon (RPG and/or missil launcher). Also an all-purpose tank design and helicopter. Similarly for a bomber and fighter type. Modern Tech only. Preferably cheap but effective.

Ok heres a deal for you:
Rifle: E1A1 battle rifle (battle proven rifle with good adaptability and a useful round) home production rights: $6million
Sidearm: P1A1 pistol (aka browning Hi power): free
heavy weapon: RPG7v (the common or garden RPG): free or our M4 LAW for $7million
Tank: we will supply you with 54 M1A2 Abrams and all the blueprints/factory tooling etc your require for: $190million or production rights for our Koshi light tank at $100million
Fighter-bomber: we can supply 30 F16Cs and all the factory blueprints/tools etc for: $800million or production rights for either our upgraded harrier or upgraded FC-1/JF-17 for $700million
